Our Classes

Strength and Mat Pilates

This class combines the best of strength training and Pilates so you get stronger from the inside out. We work on building real muscle, improving balance, and activating your deep core so your whole body feels supported and powerful.

Cardio & Mat Pilates

60mins of Agility & Play! 🤸 10min warm-up + 30mins of fun stations (Bags, TRX, Hoops). Move at your own pace during the 45s intervals—take it easy or slow it down! We finish with 15mins of core Pilates, stretching & foam rolling. All levels welcome to move, play, and recover. ✨

Mat Pilates

A Mat Pilates class focused on core strength and controlled movement. We start on your back and end on your back, keeping the class grounded, intentional, and accessible. Options provided for all levels.

Parent and Me

A gentle Strength & Mat class for parent, babies (6 weeks+), and toddlers to enjoy together! Get moving, bond, and have fun in a welcoming space.

Founder & Lead Trainer

Hi, I’m Tamira, founder of Pure Strength Studio. With over 10 years of experience in health and fitness, I created Pure Strength to bridge the gap between strength training and mindful movement. My training philosophy is simple: I see each client as a whole person—capable, resourceful, and able to create meaningful change. I believe movement should be supportive, intentional, and empowering, not punishing. My approach blends functional strength training, core-focused mat Pilates, and intentional movement to help build strength, balance, and confidence. I work with men and women of all fitness levels—whether you’re new to movement, returning after time away, or looking for smarter, more sustainable training. In both group and individual settings, I focus on clear instruction, strong foundations, and creating an inclusive, non-judgmental environment where everyone can move with purpose and develop lifelong healthy habits.
